BEFORE + AFTER CARE
Do not drink any alcohol the night before and ABSOLUTELY NO coffee or caffeine the day of your appointment .
If using blood thinning medication – we require clients using this type of medication to discontinue use for a minimum of 1 week prior to their appointment.
You may fill in your eyebrows as you normally would so we can take into consideration the shape you desire.
Your eyebrows will appear darker and more intense for the first few days. They will gradually lighten during the complete healing process
Immediate after the appointment you will need to blot the brow area every 15 minutes for the first 2 hours post procedure to ensure little to no plasma build up (This causes scabbing)
Please Ensure that the Microbladed Area does not get Wet for a Minimum of 5 Days Post (Spot washing only)
You will need to Pick up a Tube of Webbers Vitamine E Ointment From Your Local Drugstore before your appointment
Ointment is to be applied 2 to 3 times a Day or When ever Area is Starting to feel Tight or Dry (Only the SMALLEST amount as you do not want to suffocate the procedure area)
Scabbing will occur – it is important NEVER to pick the scabs as you will pull out the pigment with the scab. Allow the scab or dry skin to come off on its own. Picking can cause scarring and premature loss of pigment.
The complete healing process takes about 4 weeks, at which time the true colour of the tattoo is evident. During this process, your tattoo will soften and lighten. Be patient, even if you think too much color has been lost, as your skin is still regenerating and naturally exfoliating. Wait at least 4 weeks to see the true color, as it seems to take on new strength.
It is completely normal for some strokes to disappear completely – these will be touched up during your next appointment.
For optimal healing it is suggested that you stay away from the following active ingredients in your face care regiment:
